1. Agreement

By using LIFEKit AI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

LIFEKit AI provides browser-based tools for creating biodata, resumes, and wish cards. All processing happens in your browser. We don't store your generated files.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in the forms
• Don't use the Service for illegal or harmful content
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Respect third-party copyrights (e.g., photos you upload must be yours)

4. Payments

Digital products (PDFs, images) are sold on a one-time payment basis. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, and content are owned by LIFEKit AI. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the Service. However, files you generate (your biodata, resume, wish card) are yours to use freely.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for:

• Loss of data (files stay in your browser; clear cache = lose them)
• Print quality issues with third-party printers
• Job rejections, marriage rejections, or any outcome from using the tools
• Service interruptions or downtime

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to service

We may update, add, or remove features at any time. We may also change prices with notice. Existing purchases remain valid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
