1. Digital product nature

LIFEKit AI sells digital downloads — PDFs and images. Because these are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," refunds are limited. This is standard for digital products worldwide.

2. When you're eligible for a refund

You can request a full refund within 7 days if:

Payment was deducted but you never received the file
You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate)
The file is corrupted or unusable (we couldn't fix it)
Service was completely down during your purchase attempt

3. When you're NOT eligible

You changed your mind after downloading the file
You don't like the design/template (preview is shown before payment)
You typed wrong information in the form (that's on you — but you can regenerate anytime)
You no longer need the file
Print quality issues with your printer (out of our control)

4. How to request a refund

Email us with:

Your Razorpay Payment ID (from your payment receipt)
The email you used for payment
The date and amount
A short description of the issue

5. Processing time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and return to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.). Razorpay may take additional time depending on your bank.

6. Partial refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund (50%) if the issue is partially our fault. We'll always tell you the reason.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve 99% of issues within 24 hours — a chargeback takes 30+ days and hurts everyone.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse (repeated refund requests, suspicious activity, etc.).
